Yes. For infertility patients, both the husband and wife are evaluated. A membership is required for both the husband and wife.

We see female patients during the early stages of puberty and through the menopause years.

Memberships are billed on the 1st of the month. One-time consultations are billed on the date of service. You can pay by bank withdrawal or credit card. 

No, we do not. A one-time visit is not a sufficient for a thorough evaluation of your history and next steps. Instead, we recommend signing-up for one of our monthly membership plans and over the course of a couple visits, you will get enough information to know if you are ready to move forward with Lumena.

Lumena does not bill insurance. All monthly memberships and one-time visits are cash-only. If you have insurance, it can be used for labs, imaging, medications, in-person visits with most corporate primary care or specialty care, or hospital services. We do offer discounted cash-pay lab and imaging prices that may be lower than insurance-associated pricing. Memberships are billed on the first of the month and one-time visits are billed on the date of service. You can pay by bank withdrawal or credit card. Many patients choose to use HSA and FSA; however, please consult your HR or tax advisor for guidance on your individual case.

Search your insurance website to find labs and imaging close to home. Lumena does offer cash-pay labs and imaging which most often are lower than insurance-based pricing.

We do not provide in-person care, routine prenatal visits, narcotic pain management,  or benzodiazepine management. 

You can cancel at any time with 30 days notice if you are seeking care elsewhere. If you choose to re-enroll, there is a re-enrollment fee required.
